Who gives this guarantee
Apparel Printing Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 59 648 591 806), trading as The Tshirt Mill, 11 Maud Street, Newstead QLD 4006. Phone 07 3846 1008 (8am to 4pm Monday to Friday). Email sales@thetshirtmill.com.au.
What we promise
If a product we made for you has a defect in the print, embroidery or garment, is not what you ordered (the wrong garment, size, colour or design), or is damaged in transit, we will reprint it at no cost to you. If a reprint cannot put it right, we will refund the price you paid for that item, including the share of shipping you paid on it.
How long it lasts
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we can act fastest. A print or garment fault that appears later under normal use and correct care is still covered.
How to claim
Email sales@thetshirtmill.com.au or call 07 3846 1008 with your order number, a description of the problem and photos. We may ask you to post the item back for inspection. You pay the return postage and we reimburse the reasonable cost once the fault is confirmed. The full process is in our Returns and Reprints Policy.
What it does not cover
Mistakes in the artwork, text, size or options you chose; the normal production variations set out in our Returns and Reprints Policy; wear and tear or damage from incorrect care; and garments you supplied yourself.
